Diwo
The Decision Intelligence Company

Decisions, not dashboards. It’s not a slogan — it’s the whole bet.

Diwo exists because enterprises have spent a decade investing in data and still make most decisions the same way: in meetings, on instinct, against stale reports. We don’t build another BI tool. We build the decision layer enterprises should have had a decade ago.

The thesis

The gap isn’t in the data. It’s in the decision.

Enterprises have instrumented everything. Data lakes are full, models are trained, dashboards are endless. And yet the decisions that move revenue still get made in meetings, on instinct, against reports that were already stale by the time they were opened.

We built Diwo for a different reality. A world where every operator wakes up to a short list of the decisions that matter today, quantified in dollars, traced back to the evidence that supports them, and one click from action. Where the data science org ships recommendations and operations actually consumes them. Where the audit trail exists before the auditor asks.

It’s not a dashboard. It’s not a chatbot over your warehouse. It’s a decision layer — with the security, the governance, and the agent architecture enterprises actually need to run the business differently.

The arc

How we got here.

  1. The bet· Inception

Diwo is founded around a single conviction: enterprises don't need more dashboards, they need a decision layer. The platform is designed to turn analytical insight into quantified, auditable decisions.

  2. Enterprise deployments· 2024–2025

Production deployments with Fortune 50 and Fortune 500 customers across payments, logistics, retail, and agriculture. Millions in quantified revenue impact, delivered quietly.

  3. Decide v2.0 GA· Apr 2026

The Decision Intelligence platform — fully refactored from the ground up — goes generally available at decide.diwo.ai. New engine, new UI, new security posture. On DigitalOcean with Cloudflare, backed by 679+ tests and SOC-aligned controls.

  4. Catalyst launches· Apr 2026

Catalyst ships — natural-language data conversations with bring-your-own-LLM, bring-your-own-database, and real-time streaming answers. Decision intelligence expands from structured KPIs to the question layer above them.

  5. Named by Gartner and IDC· 2024

Diwo is named in Gartner's Market Guide for Decision Intelligence Platforms and in the IDC MarketScape: Worldwide Decision Intelligence Platforms 2024 Vendor Assessment — alongside the platforms shaping the DI category.

How we work

Four principles. No exceptions.

Ship weekly

Velocity shows in the changelog, not the deck. Every week, something new lands in production.

Customer silence = trust

Our customers don't give marketing permission because their deployments are strategic. We keep it quiet, by design.

Decisions before dashboards

Every feature earns its place by moving a decision forward, not by making a chart prettier.

Security before speed

Enterprise trust is the first requirement. Audit, isolation, and pluggable authentication are built in — not bolted on.
